The Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation (SMSF) was incorporated for the purpose of providing a means whereby all interested persons seeking spirituality in the Sahaj Marg (Natural Path) system of Raja Yoga can come together for meditation, spiritual education research, and discussion.

In promoting spiritual development for all and the principles of tolerance and love among people, SMSF offers instruction in the Sahaj Marg (Natural Path) system of meditation, as taught by the Shri Ram Chandra Mission (SRCM). The foundation also provides retreat facilities, meditation centers and publications on spirituality for the advancement of spiritual growth for all who are interested in making a sincere effort in the journey of actualizing the divine Self within.
